AIICRTA – Step-by-Step Registration Guide for Authors

All accepted authors must complete the following steps to confirm their participation and ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Step 1: Identify Your Registration Category

  • Students must upload a valid student ID.

  • Each registration covers only one accepted paper (8 pages).

  • Each extra page costs 100 USD, with a maximum of 2 extra pages.

Step 2: Option B – Bank Transfer

Step 3: Submit Proof of Payment and Required Documents

After completing the payment, you need to provide proof of Payment (PDF, screenshot, or any valid receipt) and Proof of Student Status. Upload the documents via the official form:

Step 4: Confirm Your Attendance Type

All authors must indicate whether they will attend the conference online or physically:

Step 5 (For Online Presenters Only): Submit Your Pre-recorded Video

If you are presenting online, you must upload a pre-recorded video presentation:

This step is mandatory for all online presenters.

Step 6: Participation Certificate

All registered authors and attendees will receive an official Participation Certificate, regardless of whether they attend online or physically.

Free Registration for Attendees (Non-Authors)

Attendees who are not presenting papers can register for free and attend either physically or online. They will also receive participation certificates.

General Notes

  • One registration covers one accepted paper only.

  • Multiple papers require separate registrations.

  • Registration is non-refundable.

  • Registrations are non-transferable.

  • All accepted and registered papers will be submitted to the publisher, subject to formatting and quality compliance.
